19A - Idea Napkin No. 2
1) Who I am has not changed since the first Idea Napkin so I will explain myself the same way as I did before. The story and history of my life and my parents origins are the same as before so you can check those out in my first Idea Napkin blog. But to further explain myself about who I am, I feel as if I am a very laid back person and am always trying to find ways to simplify things to save time, I'm very persistent with finding things to make life easier and more efficient.
2) My product also has not changed. I am still offering a cheap, easy way to help clean the environment while you are going about your leisure day on the water or a day out fishing on the boat.
3) My target market it mainly people who live near water and along the coast of Florida because these are the people directly affected by this environmental pollution.
4) They care because we are helping to fix the environment they so strongly care about if they want to protect their longevity on Earth. They will pay this small fee because they virtually have to do no work and still feel good about themselves and like they are making an impact in our community.
5) Our core competencies are to help clean up the environment in an efficient and cheap way. What sets us a part from everybody else is that we are cheap and effective. We don't rely on expensive equipment or machinery to help. We are taking one small step at a time and having the people give back to their community to help fix it.
I believe that in combination with a great mission, a cheap product, and easy use, our product and company will have a great effect on people and the community. I think that it is pretty straight forward on why people will buy this product. The only thing we need to make sure it has is quality due to the cheap expense of the product. I got on comment on my first Idea Napkin and what I got from it was that it was a good product that made a lot of sense for buyers and sellers.
Hi Nathan,
ReplyDeleteI think that you still have a very straightforward target market and product. Ithink that the way that you present yourself and explain your skills links really well with how you are trying to sell your product. I will say that the longevity of the Earth as a demand driver will probably only work on the younger generation as it would affect them more. I think you just have to be a little more specific on why each type of person living on the water would want this product.
Good job!
